A detail-oriented and experienced HR professional with a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR or Business) and at least 5 years of experience in U.S. benefits administration and U.S./Canadian payroll. The role involves ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing, managing benefits programs, supporting audits, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. Strong knowledge of HR regulations (ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, etc.), analytical skills, and a proactive, customer-focused attitude are essential. Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure are key to success in this position.
