This position takes in-coming calls from members, providers, etc. providing professional phone assistance to all callers through the criteria based prior authorization process. Maintains complete, timely and accurate documentation of all approvals and denials, and transfers all clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist.

Locate, dispense, pack, and label a prescribed medication for a patient that is then reviewed for accuracy by a pharmacist before dispensed to the patient.

AR Clerk will be responsible for Processes manual charge backs in SAP, Responsible for matching and linking appropriate documents to generated chargebacks. Researches and responds to all discrepancies of chargebacks and coordinates with division personnel to determine proper treatment of discrepancy.

The manager is looking for license RN and experience with Diabetes, Autoimmune or GI offices, patients or diseases. The candidates must be nurses with strong assessment skills for care coordination and education of members for their Disease Management program. Past Case Management, telephonic experience and Medicaid knowledge are pluses.
