The Senior Administrative Assistant will play a critical role in managing and coordinating the administrative tasks for four executives. The Contractual Eligibility Consultant is responsible to research and validate enrollment information, processing enrollment transactions, make outbound calls to enrollees and members to obtain required enrollment information, handle member inquiries and participate in enrollment projects. The Contractual Eligibility Consultant will support training initiatives and work to resolve member inquiries or concerns
This position will consist of mail handling, shipping/receiving, mail distribution and package distribution. The manager is looking for someone with shipping/mail experience and Office experience will help as well (Microsoft Outlook and Teams specifically). The candidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be comfortable learning to operate a wide range of bindery equipment. We generate multiple outbound shipments daily. No individual box exceeds 50 lbs, though there may be several boxes per shipment. We have equipment operated from a standing position and have outbound packages to lift.

Location : Fairfield, OH The Manufacturing Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring product and process quality within one or more production sectors. Key duties include implementing process control plans, conducting FMEAs and process audits, leading root cause analysis and containment actions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves maintaining quality documentation, ensuring compliance with standards, and serving as the local quality expert. The engineer works closely with production teams to minimize risk, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall manufacturing quality.
Troubleshoot equipment failures, determine root cause, repair/replace site wide equipment Preventive/Predictive Maintenance - Daily checks of GMP and non GMP equipment at the site Assist and support other employees performing preventive maintenance and /or repairs of site wide equipment Completion of work orders and time entries into the SAP system Completion of all assigned training modules, SOP’s, SWI’s, safety, and compliance requirements Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment The employee is a member of a maintenance team that supports utilities at the Swiftwater site. The ability to multitask, troubleshoot, evaluate and repair utilities equipment is critical to the success of this role and the maintenance department. This position requires the employee to work on intricate and site-specific equipment and systems. The employee monitors utility areas to provide reliable, safe, and efficient equipment operation and uptime.
