The Packaging Operator I role is the entry level role at the Mt. Vernon facility. This role is responsible for packaging, cleaning, and relieving for breaks. This role will primarily work in the production area.

Warehouse Associate will be responsible for performing receiving, stock keeping, picking, packing and shipping activities. Also responsible for counter sales, housekeeping and related quality assurance activities.

This position takes incoming calls from members, providers, etc. providing professional phone assistance to all callers through the criteria based Prior Authorization process. Maintains complete, timely and accurate documentation of all approvals and denials, and transfers all clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist.

The Supply Management Planner will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of purchased parts from both internal and external suppliers across multiple locations. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), and the ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams effectively. Notes: • The position requires a business casual dress code. • This is a fully onsite role. • May require driving between sites or to other locations using a personal vehicle. • Interviews will be conducted via phone or MS Teams.
