Candidates must reside within 45 minutes of one of the listed locations. This is a remote role with occasional onsite attendance (1-2 times per quarter, subject to change).

Call centre dispatch exp is preferred, will be doing about 80 calls per shift (answering the call, notating, high repetition role)

Some driving to other Quad City area locations is possible if additional support coverage is needed (less than 5% of the time) Will provide onsite deskside Tier 2 support to the World Headquarters location through performing the following duties
