Small Description: • Administer asset tracking using software systems. • Provide staging, configuration and bench repairs of specific store hardware. • Process all applicable warranty claims. • Accurately record all production details and inventory movements. • Refurbish and QA returned store hardware equipment.

Small Description: This role is working remotely. This position will require travel to meet in person with members around the Service Delivery Area 75% of the time*** Utilizes critical thinking and judgment to collaborate and inform the service coordination process, in order to facilitate appropriate health care outcomes for members by providing service coordination, support and education for members using service coordination tools and resources.
