• Contract to hire opportunity. Manager starts to look at candidates at the 3 month mark to see if they are a fit and starts considering hiring. Will extend out 3 months at a time until hired full time. • Please include candidate's conversion salary (range between ($50,200-$90,300) Position is for Kent County (candidates must be located within that county) • Must reside in Delaware Face-to-face visits will be required. • Must be willing to begin visits on week 1. • The resource will mostly, with few exceptions, be going into homes to visit home-based members (occasionally to motels, if the member is unhoused, or to hospitals, but these will be sporadic visits) • Candidate MUST complete the Care Manager assessment in Glider. Include the completed link in the candidate's submit form*** • There will be three weeks of training for this role. During the training, the candidate will be expected to utilize basic computer skills involving emails, Outlook, etc
This position supports the credentialing compliance monitoring program activities, auditing, data collection, trend analysis, meeting timeliness and documentation requirements for delegated payer deliverables, NCQA, TJC, CMS, Medicaid and State-Specific audits and inquiries daily.
Contributes within the team using SAP, DMS, Trackwise, and Syncade systems for receipt, storage, issuance, and allocating components. Demonstrates organization, communications, and time management of primary role requirements for assigned area. Demonstrates solid understanding of assigned procedures and obtains required qualifications. Demonstrates an understanding of cGMP. Performs logbook entries/reviews as required for assigned area. Participates in process improvement initiatives.
This specific position focuses on the Partnership platform working in the Loyalty team. The Client partners with different companies to provide benefits to our customers beyond the grocery ecosystem. The Core Technician I is a scientist role focused on the production of sterile biological pharmaceutical products. This position requires adherence to safety and quality standards in a cleanroom environment, along with the ability to lead and motivate team members.
This data-focused role would be responsible for quality data reports, liaison with the national Value Based Solutions (VBS) based contracting data team on data needs and reports and complete extensive and ongoing analysis needed to drill into member level data to determine the interventions for improvement in all the HEDIS MDH Performance Measures. They will assist with the VBS program with providers and the conversion to a new value based contracting model, Value Incentive Program (AVIP). They will identify and assist with identification of specific interventions based on their review of the efficacy and cost of the interventions we are currently doing, and new interventions implemented. ROIs will be able to be assessed for interventions to assure efficient effective results. Interventions would be able to be region, provider, condition, and member specific. Additional HEDIS measures could be included in our analyses and improvement strategies.
