This position supports the credentialing compliance monitoring program activities, auditing, data collection, trend analysis, meeting timeliness and documentation requirements for delegated payer deliverables, NCQA, TJC, CMS, Medicaid and State-Specific audits and inquiries daily.
The Payroll Tax Analyst is responsible for all the state and federal tax deposits, filings, and reporting for all U.S. Client manual, non-manual, and expatriate employees. Will also perform similar functions for Canadian national employees and for expatriates working in Canada. The position requires strong judgment and resourcefulness to resolve problems when solutions may not be obvious.

Will extend out 3 months at a time until hired full time. • Please include candidate's conversion salary (range between ($50,200-$90,300) Position is for Kent County (candidates must be located within that county) • Must reside in Delaware Face-to-face visits will be required. • Must be willing to begin visits on week 1. • The resource will mostly, with few exceptions, be going into homes to visit home-based members (occasionally to motels, if the member is unhoused, or to hospitals, but these will be sporadic visits) • Candidate MUST complete the Care Manager assessment in Glider. Include the completed link in the candidate's submit form*** • There will be three weeks of training for this role. During the training, the candidate will be expected to utilize basic computer skills involving emails, Outlook, etc
The Quality Control Technical Transfer Analyst 3 will act as a team member of the Quality Control department to support production by contributing to the completion of the technical transfer activities. Also participate in quality testing for customer in-process, final product testing, and stability studies when needed.
Must have SAP/Salesforce/AR Recon experience. Intermediate to advanced Excel experience Strong reconciliation skills Strong organizational skills; attention to detail Strong mathematical and analytical skills Demonstrated ability to resolve issues quickly, problem-solve and escalate appropriately.
Assists in the management of healthcare quality efforts by participating in quality data analysis, quality improvement projects, and regulatory compliance activities. Collaborates with the healthcare quality team to develop and implement quality measures, monitors performance metrics, and identifies areas for enhancement.
